These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and jlttt ("jlttt," "we," "us," or "our"), governing your access to and use of the jlttt online gaming platform, including all games, features, promotions, and services available at jlttt.pro (the "Platform").

jlttt reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by jlttt may result in account suspension or termination.

Each eligible person may register only one (1) account on the jlttt Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein.

When registering your jlttt account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information as prompted by the registration form.
• Maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate and complete.
• Keep your login credentials strictly confidential and not share them with any third party.
• Notify jlttt immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.
• Accept full responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

jlttt reserves the right to refuse registration, suspend, or terminate any account at its sole discretion, including where jlttt reasonably suspects that the information provided is inaccurate, fraudulent, or in violation of these Terms.

Account verification ("Know Your Customer" or KYC) is required before any withdrawal can be processed. jlttt may request a government-issued ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership as part of the KYC process. This is a regulatory requirement under the PAGCOR framework and is non-negotiable.

All financial transactions on the jlttt Platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). jlttt supports the following payment methods for Filipino players:

• E-Wallets: GCash, PayMaya
• Bank Transfer: BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other major Philippine banks

Deposits: Deposits are generally credited to your jlttt account instantly or within a few minutes, subject to the processing times of your chosen payment provider. jlttt does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must have completed KYC verification before any withdrawal is processed.

• Standard withdrawal processing time is within 24 hours of approval. GCash withdrawals typically clear within minutes of processing.

Any funds deposited into your jlttt account that are suspected to be proceeds of illegal activity will be reported to the appropriate Philippine authorities in accordance with the Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) and applicable PAGCOR regulations.

jlttt offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms published with each individual promotion:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. jlttt reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements, which must be met before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement is stated on each promotion page.

By participating in any game on jlttt, you acknowledge and agree that:

• The outcome of all games is determined by chance, and past results do not influence future outcomes.
• The published Return to Player (RTP) percentages represent theoretical long-term averages and do not guarantee individual session results.
• You will play for entertainment purposes only and will not attempt to exploit technical errors, glitches, or malfunctions in any game.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jlttt Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension or termination, forfeiture of balances, and referral to law enforcement authorities where appropriate:

• Registering more than one account, or registering on behalf of another person.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity through the Platform.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts in connection with any game or Platform feature.

• Exploiting software bugs or errors for financial gain without reporting them to jlttt.

All content on the jlttt Platform — including but not limited to software, game content, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, and user interface elements — is the exclusive property of jlttt or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws in the Philippines and internationally.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This license does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any Platform content.
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on Platform content.
• Use any jlttt trademarks, logos, or branding without prior written consent.
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the Platform.

Any unauthorized use of jlttt intellectual property will result in immediate termination of your license and may give rise to legal action.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jlttt, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings or profits due to technical failures, interruptions, or errors.
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.
• Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers.
• Any loss or damage arising from your reliance on information provided on the Platform.

jlttt's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your jlttt account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit jlttt's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

jlttt is committed to promoting responsible gambling and takes its obligations under the PAGCOR regulatory framework seriously. We provide the following responsible gaming tools to all registered players:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on your account.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications when you have been playing for a specified duration.

Upon termination for cause, jlttt reserves the right to forfeit any bonus balances and withhold any pending withdrawals pending investigation. Real-money balances not associated with bonus abuse or prohibited conduct will be returned to you via your registered payment method following the completion of any required investigation.

You may close your jlttt account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Account closure requests will be processed within 5 business days. Any remaining real-money balance will be returned to your registered payment method.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

The jlttt Platform operates under the regulatory oversight of the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). Any disputes arising from the operation of the Platform that cannot be resolved through jlttt's internal dispute resolution process may be escalated to PAGCOR in accordance with its published procedures.

For disputes between you and jlttt that are not subject to PAGCOR jurisdiction, you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Metro Manila, Philippines.

jlttt reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When we make material changes to these Terms, we will:

• Update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.
• Notify registered players via email or in-platform notification where the changes are material.

Your continued use of the jlttt Platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your account.
